Traditional medieval recipe with balanced spicy flavour. Semi-dry mead with bit lower alcohol content, produced in cold production process. Best to be enjoyed slowly from the long-stemmed glasses, cooled down to 12-16 °C. Can be also drank hot, heated to 50-55 °C.
