Slovak mead with an excellent flavor mixture of spices and herbs
Our mead is produced with the selection of quality raw materials in mind. We use a rich variety of species and first-class Slovak honey, while for the preparation and fermentation of honey must we use specially developed yeast that is directly adapted to our production. Modern technological equipment allows us to control every aspect of the mead production process - from fermentation to maturation - at a consistently maintained temperature. This ensures that the mead preserves all the rare taste and aromatic properties of the honey from which it is made.
