L'originelle is a soft cyser made with a tart apple and all flowers honey from the center of Brittany.
Aged one year in oak casks.
Slightly salmon color.
The nose evokes an apple jelly, with hints of spice and citrus on a honey background.
The palate is fresh, mellow and tangy, with complex notes of candied apples.
Nice finish on honey and a light brandy of calvados.

Production process
This mead was made cold. This means that during its production, the honey was not heated above 40-45 °C, which is the normal temperature in nature to which honey is resistant. At higher temperatures, some precious components of honey can be damaged and degraded. Cold-made mead is the best choice.

A small producer of traditional mead from the town of Concarneau in Brittany, close to the Atlantic Ocean.
Land of traditional mead "chouchen". The owner of the production, Sylvain Le Cras, produces mead from the honey of local beekeepers and exclusively by the cold method without heat treatment of the honey. It offers a wide variety of types of mead. We currently offer 3 basic types.
