Medovino

Manufacturer of traditional mead based on wine technology and cold production. The meadery is located in Bavorov near Mikulov.

Medovíno s.r.o. was founded in 2014 and its main product is mead produced in a traditional way using modern technologies. Mead made from a mixture of forest and meadow honey in a precisely defined ratio. The honey solution is heated during production to a maximum of 30° C.

The company does not have its own bees and buys honey from Czech beekeepers. The mead is filtered and reserved by SO2.

Mead wine Medovíno is distributed young, without longer maturation.
