The Blacksmith's Meadery

This Belgian Braggot mead is based on a sweet traditional sunflower honey mead and a thick (sooo thick…) stout. The two are combined and matured in a Jamaican rum barrel.

Rosé de Brabant, yay! is a low-alcohol light mead fermented from sunflower honey along with forest fruits and blackberries.

Belgian mead Sanguis Imperatoris is a fruit mead made by fermenting apple and pear juice with honey, to which blackcurrant, chestnut honey and vanilla are then added.



Son of a Peach! is a very tasty Belgian peach mead. Aged for a year in a barrel of ex-apricot brandy.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Cyser from 100% organic apple juice and sunflower honey

A sweet traditional mead with heather honey. It has inherited a lovely smoky quality from being matured in an ex-Kilchoman whisky cask.
