The traditional Polish mead of the trójniak category (1/3 of honey) is made in a cold way, mainly from autumn honey with a small addition of spring honeys, herbs and fruit juices. Alcohol content is about 13%.

The sweetness of the honey in this drink has been balanced by the natural bitterness of autumn honey and fruit tannins, which means that the taste of this mead will remain in your memory for a long time.

Filled in 750 ml ceramic bottles and 5,000 ml oak barrels.

Production process

This mead was made cold. This means that during its production, the honey was not heated above 40-45 °C, which is the normal temperature in nature to which honey is resistant. At higher temperatures, some precious components of honey can be damaged and degraded. Cold-made mead is the best choice.
