More than 1 million flowers had to be visited by bees and matured for more than 5 years to create this bottle of archival natural honey drink with a unique typical honey aroma and taste. The drink is made from the best types of Czech honey using controlled cold fermentation technology, so natural bioactive substances are preserved in the mead.
We consume it slightly chilled.

Classical mead
Classical mead is made by fermenting honey and water without any other ingrediences. It keeps its original honey flavour and taste.
Production process
This mead was made cold. This means that during its production, the honey was not heated above 40-45 °C, which is the normal temperature in nature to which honey is resistant. At higher temperatures, some precious components of honey can be damaged and degraded. Cold-made mead is the best choice.

The company was founded in 2000 with the aim of producing quality products without substitutes. In recent years, in addition to classic flower and herbal honey, single-species meads - made from acacia, sunflower and forest honey - have appeared in the mead range.
