Very satisfied. I have not been able to find most meads in the US—never mind the vast selection of meads made available here. Customer service, when needed, has been timely and personal. Check out is smooth, shipment is incomprehensibly fast. I recommend larger bottles for longer distances as they handle the journey better. Pretty sure this is what the Internet was invented for. The variety of mead in the shop is excellent, best in Europe! but the UPS shipping is not the best delivery company, since i had 1 bottle broken in the last order i received. This has happened once before.
