Very fine pure mead produced in a cold way and fermented from pure species of linden honey from Moravia. This is a limited range that will please every mead connoisseur and lover of the taste and smell of linden honey.

Mead is produced with the most modern cold wine technologies. Linden mead is fermented from linden honey without the addition of any other ingredients. Generic mead always has a strong taste of the honey used and can taste very differently from mead from a mixture of honeys or from common nectar honeys.

Fresh drink for special occasions. Species mead is highly valued by sommelier.

We recommend cooling to 10 °C.

Production process

This mead was made cold. This means that during its production, the honey was not heated above 40-45 °C, which is the normal temperature in nature to which honey is resistant. At higher temperatures, some precious components of honey can be damaged and degraded. Cold-made mead is the best choice.
