Mead is produced with the most modern cold wine technologies. Linden mead is fermented from linden honey without the addition of any other ingredients. Generic mead always has a strong taste of the honey used and can taste very differently from mead from a mixture of honeys or from common nectar honeys.

Medovíno s.r.o. was founded in 2014 and its main product is mead produced in a traditional way using modern technologies. Mead made from a mixture of forest and meadow honey in a precisely defined ratio. The honey solution is heated during production to a maximum of 30° C.
The company does not have its own bees and buys honey from Czech beekeepers. The mead is filtered and reserved by SO2.
