Utopia is a craft producer from southern Bohemia that strictly adheres to the so-called authentic approach to cider production. The apples come from old orchards, the must is fermented without added yeast, sugars or other supporting agents. Aged in oak barrels. They are not sulphured. The result is more similar to natural wines than ordinary ciders. It is clearly unique in the Czech environment.
