Mead from the Czech Paradise produced cold with the addition of propolis.
Mead is made according to a traditional recipe from our own honey. The mead is made by controlled cold fermentation. Honey is not boiled. After fermentation, the mead ages in barrels together with raw propolis for several months.
Propolis is collected by bees and is a natural, harmoniously balanced substance that has a tradition in medicine of more than 5,000 years.
Thanks to the production method, the mead retains not only the beneficial effects of honey, but also the magical effects of propolis.

Mead is an alcoholic beverage fermented from honey and water, with possibility of addition of other ingredients such as spices or herbs or in combination with fruit juices.
Classical mead
Classical mead is made by fermenting honey and water without any other ingrediences. It keeps its original honey flavour and taste.
Production process
This mead was made cold. This means that during its production, the honey was not heated above 40-45 °C, which is the normal temperature in nature to which honey is resistant. At higher temperatures, some precious components of honey can be damaged and degraded. Cold-made mead is the best choice.
