Dry cider produced from only one variety of apples - classic Strymka. Strong acidity, long aftertaste. Unfiltered, unsulphured. Made in Wallachia.

AK Strymka is a single-varietal, natural and dry cider made from our, perhaps, most traditional rural apple variety - Strymka. Strymka is a very late old variety. High acidity and pithiness, they give the cider a rather vinous character reminiscent of the orthodox German apflewein (where, by the way, Strymka is also popular and common for cider production).

Characteristics: Apple-single, dry, sparkling, earthy.

A.K. cider is a regional producer of top-quality ciders and fruit wines from Vizovice. It follows a long and rich local tradition of fermentation and fruit processing. It is close in style to craft English ciders. It uses regional varieties of apples such as Jadrnička Moravská. He often uses oak barrels for aging, which give depth and expression to the ciders. As one of the few, he is not afraid to come up with single-variety ciders and perries.
