Artisanal półtorak with a very sweet honey flavor punctuated by a hint of juicy raspberry. It is made by combining 1 part honey with 0.5 part water, where more than 30% of the water has been replaced with raspberry juice.
Made for direct tasting, but also as an addition to drinks or teas.

Melomel
Melomel is a fruit mead with is fermented from honey and fruit juices.
Production process
This mead is not cooked, however, during its production, the honey was heated above 50 °C for a limited time. It could be heated up to temperatures of 80 °C, when some components of honey may be degraded.
