Jablonec producer of quality syrups, homemade lemonades, herbal liqueurs, but also mead in organic quality.
Mead in Kitl's offer complements a wide range of products from syrups, to slátrunky, tonics and other meads.
The original production started in cooperation with Mr. Voborník (Venice mead), but in 2010-2 they started their own independent production. Mr. Vokurka (the owner) cooperates with winemakers from Lednice to ferment the mead, but the mead then matures for 1-2 years directly in Jablonec. There is only 1 type of mead in the menu with the addition of elderberry, fennel and motherwort. The mead won 1st place at the 2015 American Colorado mead competition.
The original combination of cold-produced mead, selected BIO herbs and grape juice creates a typical and balanced sweet and sour taste.
Kitl Mead is made from cold mead and 4 herbs in organic quality. It is sweetened only by thickened grape juice, it contains no beet sugar and is not dusted.
