Mead produced in a cold way by fermentation from linden honey from the Týřov National Nature Reserve, near Skryje in the Křivoklát region. The mead excels in the distinctive typical aroma of linden, but at the same time it is delicate in taste.

The mead is made by fermentation from pure sunflower honey. The production process without heating honey. Pleasant aroma and taste with mildly spicy tones.

Exceptional intense fruit aroma, dark color, very sweet mead produced cold way with dried aronia (black chokeberry).
