Hydromels - Seasonal mead

Seasonal meads
Seasonal meads (in English as session mead), sometimes referred to as hydromels, are meads with a lower alcohol content below 10%, typically 5-7%, which are perhaps closer in character to beer or cider than to the mead we know in Central Europe. They are often produced in countries closer to the equator, in Spain, Mexico, South America. It's more of a light drink for a summer party with friends. They are produced for faster consumption, certainly not for archiving.

We offer the popular Spanish Hidromeel Odin and Polish Zbicieny. They are very sweet, honey and above all fresh. This honey drink was popular and traditional even in the area of the Polish-Lithuanian border, which underlines the diversity of mead in the past all over the world. And it's worth exploring here ;-)
