Loki has a sweet metheglin style, with an alcohol content of 7.5% and sparkling similar to beer, but with a pink foam caused by the rich red color of the drink. As with Odin, it is preservative-free and handcrafted.

This mead requires a combination of slightly intense flavors. It could be a good addition to a cheesecake or biscuit, for example. The ideal opportunity to drink would be between meals, with dessert and of course during the party.
Aroma and taste
------------
Its taste is fruity, but less sweet than the taste of Odin Mead, which shows a touch of honey lost in the taste of red berries simulated by a product recipe.
An important feature is that, despite the fact that it appears to be made from red berries due to its color and taste, it does not contain any kind of fruit or artificial coloring or flavor.
The honey used in its production comes from the Cuenca region and contains a high percentage
lavender and rosemary, as well as other wild flowers. As with Odin Mead, depending on the seasonal flowering, the honey may show certain nuances that give it subtle, almost imperceptible touches due to the dominant taste of the recipe.
