Classic mead made in the cold way from honey and local blueberries from the Zvičina area.

The current label incorrectly states that this mead belongs to the "dessert" category. However, it is a bug and the mead contains only water, honey and blueberries.

Production process

This mead was made cold. This means that during its production, the honey was not heated above 40-45 °C, which is the normal temperature in nature to which honey is resistant. At higher temperatures, some precious components of honey can be damaged and degraded. Cold-made mead is the best choice.

Producer Bee farm under Zvicina

The farm was founded in 2010. It currently manages 360 tribal hives at several sites in the forests near the pastures.
