Very dry mead from the flower honey, accompanied by distinctive hints of hops and ginger.

Pure, golden drink. Pleasantly light in flavor and aroma, slightly honeyed. The overall impression is harmonious as a result of a balanced recipe. Rather than as an aperitif, it can be recommended to sit with friends.

During the preparation of this mead, it was emphasized of preserving sensory properties of the honey used. The honey comes from their own bees located in the pure nature of the Bohemian forest.

No stabilizing or chemical are used for clarification and stabilization. This also contributes to keeping the original sensory properties of the product.

The product contains sulfur dioxide produced by natural fermentation, the amount is above the limit so it is necessary to mention sulfites as an allergen.


Mead is an alcoholic beverage fermented from honey and water, with possibility of addition of other ingredients such as spices or herbs or in combination with fruit juices.


Metheglin is a type of mead with added (maturated) spices and herbs.

Production process

This mead was made cold. This means that during its production, the honey was not heated above 40-45 °C, which is the normal temperature in nature to which honey is resistant. At higher temperatures, some precious components of honey can be damaged and degraded. Cold-made mead is the best choice.
