Cider Talk comes from Vodňany in South Bohemia. They look to the sparkling ciders of Spain and France for inspiration.
Ciders are light, clean, fresh and easy to drink. Craftsmen are honest with an effort to minimize interference. They are available in several variants according to the degree of residual sugar.
A semi-dry, sparkling cider that is made mainly from apples with a slight bitterness. This gives it a deeper and more expressive character, which is very successful and balanced.
