Duke's mead is a Lithuanian mead of unique dark color and exclusive taste, with a very fine, silky structure, complex taste, because it is made from all bee products. Contains min. 50% honey and is filled into the original bottle.
The mead is fermented from dark forest and buckwheat honey, contains the most honey and ferments for up to 6 months.
The recommended serving temperature is 12-16 ° C. Used as an aperitif, suitable for sophisticated meat dishes or desserts.

Mead from forest honeydew
This mead was boiled before fermentation. The thermal process has certain technological advantages, however, some valuable components of honey are damaged, especially during prolonged boiling. You will not recognize the production process in taste, but it is typical for boiled mead that they are more golden in color because honey partially caramelize at high temperatures.
