Mead preserves the value of honey because it is not subjected to heat treatment. Its honey aroma and slightly sweet, unique taste come from carefully selected noble bee honeys from the Warmia and Mazury regions, among others.
Chilled tastes great in summer and can warm up well in winter. It is made according to a traditional old Polish recipe: there is two volumes of water per volume of honey. Alcohol content 13% vol.

Production process
This mead was made cold. This means that during its production, the honey was not heated above 40-45 °C, which is the normal temperature in nature to which honey is resistant. At higher temperatures, some precious components of honey can be damaged and degraded. Cold-made mead is the best choice.
