A.K. Cider are craft ciders and fruit wines from Wallachia. Old varieties of apples such as Jadernička, Strýmka, Kožuch are the basis of their creation.

A.K. cider is a regional producer of top-quality ciders and fruit wines from Vizovice. It follows a long and rich local tradition of fermentation and fruit processing. It is close in style to craft English ciders. It uses regional varieties of apples such as Jadrnička Moravská. He often uses oak barrels for aging, which give depth and expression to the ciders. As one of the few, he is not afraid to come up with single-variety ciders and perries.
